Season after season Scott drives his "5 team rules" to the center of his team's core: Work Hard, Play As A Team, Learn The Game, Compete, Have Fun.

For the past 4 years, Scott has been the volunteer assistant basketball coach for the Palmyra-Macedon girls Varsity and JV teams, again driving the fundamentals of the game to build a solid program at all levels. For the Pal-Mac program, he also coaches the girls 7/8th travel teams and is active in various community clinics and basketball activities.

Prior to Pal-Mac, Scott spent two years as a volunteer assistant for the Marcus Whitman boys Varsity basketball team.
